Fletchers Solictors Raises £700 for Macmillan
Fletchers Solicitors, one of the UK’s leading Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence Law Firms, has helped to raise over £700 for Macmillan by hosting a cake sale.
Staff at the Southport firm donned their aprons and created an array of fanciful treats in aid of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning that took place last Friday (30th September).
All cakes were entered into a bake-off competition, which was judged by the firm’s directors and a representative from Southport Macmillan, Julia Fahey.
Staff were then able to purchase the tasty cakes, helping to raise a staggering £700 for the cancer care charity.
Macmillan is one of Fletchers chosen charities for 2016 and to date has raised £x in total.
CEO Ed Fletcher said: “The event was a huge success and we have been overwhelmed by the amount of support for Macmillan. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported the coffee morning by either baking or buying a cake.”
