West Yorkshire print solutions provider acquires £1.5m turnover Leicestershire firm

Hague Print, the West Yorkshire-based print and IT solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Custom Forms, a trade supplier based in Leicestershire which specialises in accountancy forms.

Hague Print, which acquired print manager SRPM at the beginning of the year, declared at the time plans to look for further acquisition opportunities in line with its growth strategy.

Based in Hinckley, Custom Forms is a £1.5m turnover business which employs 9 staff and specialises in original and compatible forms for use with all the popular accounting and payroll software packages including IRIS, Pegasus and Sage.

The business has contracts in place with large office supplies distributors.

Graham Wain, managing director at Hague, said: “Custom Forms are leaders in their market and will be a great addition to The Hague group of companies.

“They also have strong e-commerce capabilities which we are planning to build on to extend the range of products and services available to our respective customers.”

Fergus McGoldrick, who will stay on as custom forms managing director, added: “We are very pleased to be joining the Hague Group.

“Their reputation as providers of innovative print solutions reach well beyond the UK and their product offering and growth strategy represent a great opportunity for Custom Forms. We are looking forward to work closely with them and benefit from their experience.”

As well as SRPM, Hague also acquired a security print specialist in Melbourne, Australia following the launch of an office in Sydney. The company has also secured new contracts with software and hardware resellers in the US.

Custom Forms will keep operating from Hinckley and will continue to trade as Custom Forms Ltd.
