IT Support team grows again at Agile ICT
Following on from recent staff growth, demand has seen Agile ICT announce a new starter to the technical support team. Clifford Cook joins the firm having garnered a vast array of knowledge within the IT industry.
Cliff joins the company to join the technical team in delivering IT related support to their customers. He brings with him experience from different industries whilst serving time in the public sector and working for worldwide IT firm HP.
The continued growth and success enjoyed by Agile ICT in recent months sees further demand for IT support services. Bringing in a new engineer was vital to ensure the firm retained its commitment of delivering high quality and efficient IT support services.
Commenting on his appointment, Cliff revealed “It’s been a very long time since I’ve worked for an SME and an experience I am really looking forward too. I like the prospect of getting to build and develop great relationships with customers and finding ways to help deliver and improve IT for their business”
The way in which ICT services are delivered are changing with the growth of cloud computing means IT firms up and down the country have to be more astute with the way they support firms. Finding and attracting the right talent was key to Agile ICT when looking to add to their technical team.
Director at Agile ICT Paul Jones added “We have a responsibility to maintain the high standards of IT support we deliver to clients. We realised that the growth and demand in the company means we need more resources to ensure we do this and appointing Cliff is a sensible and wise move for us. His experience and knowledge speaks volumes and we know he will be a real asset to our team”
