Warrington Lawyers Help First Time Buyers

NatWest invites FDR property team to offer guidance to Widnes and St Helen’s House Buyers on the buying process

Warrington, 28th October 2016: Warrington based law firm, FDR Law, is teaming up with NatWest this week to host seminars for first time buyers in Widnes and St Helens. Hosted by solicitors from FDR Law and mortgage advisors from NatWest, The Business Growth Enabler events will run simultaneously at NatWest offices in Widnes and St Helens to guide buyers on their purchasing options.

Chris Illingworth and Rose Finnan from FDR’s conveyancing team will join a panel of experts at the Widnes and St Helen’s branches of NatWest on Wednesday 2nd November from 5pm-7pm. The panel, which will also include representatives from a local estate agency, will help guide interested first time buyers and their parents through what often can be perceived as the housing headache.

Commenting Chris Illingworth from the firm said: “The process can be quite daunting for first time buyers and we’re delighted to have been invited to join the seminar and help buyers on the options open to them and provide guidance on buying methods such as the Help to Buy ISAs.”

Kim Meadows, Business Growth Enabler at NatWest, added: “Buying your first home is an exciting time in anyone’s life but it’s important to make sure you have all the relevant information. We are delighted to partner with FDR Law on these seminars and hope all who attend find them useful.”

Confidence in the UK housing market appears to be returning with a recent survey by The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors demonstrating buyers returning to the market for the first time in seven months.
