US talent acquisition business Futurestep selects Manchester for new UK base
Talent acquisition firm Futurestep plans to establish a European Talent Delivery Centre in Manchester.
The facility will be Futurestep’s eighth globally and house teams responsible for providing career opportunities across executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and support roles.
Futurestep, a division of US-headquartered executive search company Korn Ferry, is now hiring for a number of recruiter positions and a recruitment delivery manager post at the Manchester base.
Futurestep’s managing director for talent acquisition solutions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Jonathan Brown, said: “Our Talent Delivery Centres around the world are a critical and valued part of the Futurestep infrastructure.
“The capabilities and expertise collated in these centres allow us to provide sophisticated, flexible and efficient recruitment solutions that deliver real impact to our clients.”
He added: “Recognised as the number one RPO provider in 2016’s Baker’s Dozen list, the Manchester centre supports our other delivery centres in reinforcing the truly global recruitment capability that drives Futurestep’s leadership in its industry.”
Due to open in early 2017, the European Talent Delivery Centre in Manchester will be Futurestep’s first in the UK, joining a network of centres across Warsaw, Texas, Buenos Aires, Shanghai, Manila, Bangalore and Auckland.
Kay Cooper, VP key accounts, EMEA, commented: “Futurestep’s Manchester Talent Delivery Centre plays a key role in our ability to deliver world-class solutions to clients in the United Kingdom and throughout the European region.
“With a continuing strong demand for talent across Europe, this opening not only strengthens our services and capabilities in Europe, but also caters to our present and future clients’ need for relevant resources and expertise.”
