DTM Legal strengthens commercial property team
Law firm DTM Legal has welcomed two new starters to the company’s commercial property team.
Ted Quinn joins the firm’s Liverpool office as a consultant for the property team. Ted specialises in portfolio acquisitions and disposals as well as advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases and property management issues.
Ted brings a wealth of experience to DTM having worked in the commercial property sector for 26 years. Prior to starting at DTM, Ted was an equity partner at Beachcrofts and the head of property at the Co-operative Group in Manchester; a position he held for 10 years.
Law graduate, Safeena McGuirk joins the firm’s Chester office as a trainee solicitor for the commercial property department. Before joining DTM Legal, Safeena worked as a real estate paralegal with another commercial law firm in Liverpool.
Anna Duffy, Head of Commercial Property at DTM Legal, said: “We’re so pleased to be welcoming Ted and Safeena to our property team.
“Ted is an experienced operator with a number of specific skills to bring to the table. He is well versed in all aspects of commercial property and we look forward to utilising his strengths in our Liverpool office.
“Safeena is a talented and passionate legal professional and we’re excited to see her develop within the firm.
“Both key appointments bring a blend of experience, expertise and insight to the business and will help us continue to strengthen our existing commercial property arm and provide a broad spectrum of legal advice to our clients across the North West.”
