Sheffield Grade-II listed, Victorian building comes to market

A former Grade-II listed school in Sheffield has hit the market for just under £1m.

Designed by Sheffield architects Innocent & Brown in the Victorian era, Players House dates back to 1874 and was amongst the earliest schools in England to be built after the 1870 Education Act.

The Gothic revival style property on Attercliffe Common was built for the Sheffield School Board.

The current owners converted the building into contemporary office space befitting one of the largest marketing agencies in the North.
