Leeds recruitment firm invests £100k in new tech to support future growth
iSource Group, the Leeds based recruiter, has announced it has invested in £100k of new technology to help fuel its growth.
The Brewers Wharf firm has expanded its technology offering after investing in cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software by Bullhorn and London-based Broadbean’s recruitment and job posting technology.
According to iSource, the tech investment will allow the group to become more efficient, offering its consultants the opportunity to reach even more applicants in the UK and abroad.
Managing Director, Geoff Shepherd, commented: “The new systems are intuitive, cloud-based and scalable which will allow us to grow our headcount.
“Combined with the strength of our people, the capability of our IT systems underpins our delivery to our clients and the way we manage our candidates and provide a market-leading recruitment service.
“Our investment in such systems represents the next step in our evolution as a business, it sends a clear message to our clients, candidates and prospective iSource employees that we are investing in our infrastructure and we are putting technology at the heart of what we do.”
Founded in 2005, iSource Group provides recruitment services for IT and digital roles through its iSource IT arm, and procurement and supply chain positions through iSource Procurement.
