Trethowans expands residential property teams
South coast law firm Trethowans has boosted its residential property teams in Salisbury and Southampton with the appointment of two new solicitors.
Mariana Crawford joins Trethowans’ residential property team in Salisbury with a wealth of experience in the residential property market, having helped hundreds of buyers across Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset secure their dream homes over recent years. She specialises in a wide range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions and enfranchisement, new-build properties, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Laura joins the residential property team in Southampton from another regional law firm. She specialises in lease extension and enfranchisement transactions, helping leaseholders to get the best deals and landlords get the best value.
Tim Higham, partner and head of residential property for Trethowans in Salisbury, said: “The latest figures from the RICS show demand for homes is increasing and we’re certainly seeing that reflected on the ground here in the south. We’re delighted to have Mariana and Laura on board and know their expertise will be of such value to our customers.”
