Berg advises on milestone Champneys deal
Independent law firm, berg, has acted for Champneys in its acquisition of Eastwell Manor which will be the first ever Champneys Hotel, featuring 62 bedrooms, two restaurants and health and leisure facilities.
berg won the assignment following successfully working with the Senior Management on other projects.

Champneys was launched in 1925 and currently operates four spa resorts and six city spas in the UK.
