Property crowdfunding platform, The House Crowd, has hired its first Chief Technology Officer to spearhead digital innovation and product development.
Manoj Varsani is tasked with leading and developing user experience, technology and digital practices at the company. This includes using his expertise to implement lean processes, whilst developing cutting-edge products that create unrivalled customer value.
Varsani has spent over ten years transforming the digital practices of businesses that range from high growth start-ups to FTSE 100 companies. He has completed previous stints at: Moo.com, Ovum.co.uk and Doctors.net.uk.
Varsani said: “The House Crowd was the first company of its kind and has a strong industry reputation. Although much of its revenue is generated online, I love that it’s a real people-business and never loses touch with its customers.
“It’s exciting to be part of a company that has such growth potential, and I look forward to transforming our product offering and customer experience.”
Frazer Fearnhead, founder and CEO of The House Crowd, added: “We operate in a fast moving industry and it’s vital that we implement cutting edge technology that helps us to grow and develop.
“Manoj is a real talent, bringing a wealth of digital experience into the company. I have no doubt that he will revolutionise our online offering and help us to achieve ambitious growth targets for 2017.”
