Clicksco celebrates global growth

Marketing technology firm Clicksco Group takes up new space in the UK, India and Canada, as worldwide expansion plans gather pace

Global one-to-one marketing specialist, Clicksco Group has announced its expansion across three continents as one fifth of its growing headcount relocate into larger premises.

Headquartered in Dubai, the digital data expert employs around 150 people across 11 offices in nine countries. Successful office moves have already been made in England, where almost 70% of the company’s staff is based, and in India.

Claiming one of the capital’s most prized addresses, Clicksco’s 19-strong London team has taken up new space at Stratford Place in the W1 postcode district. In Hyderabad, where the team has trebled in size since its origins in 2014, the office expansion into Spacion Towers continues to cement the firm’s roots in one of India’s major technology hubs.

The moves come ahead of the relocation of Clicksco’s Vancouver office, which recently increased its headcount to a team of six, coupled with plans to strengthen the company’s UK presence in Southend. The team of 28 is poised to move into a newer facility in the English town during the summer.

Established in 2009, the group is globally renowned for its customer lead generation, web search, affiliate services and data driven one-to-one marketing, working alongside partners including Google, Facebook and Yahoo. With ambitious growth plans, this year it is also building and seeking partnerships in America, China and Southeast Asia, to help both grow operations and secure new contracts.

Steve Shutts, Group Executive Director at Clicksco Group, believes the cornerstone of the firm’s success is its ability to blend specialisms, offer a 24/7 service to its customers, while encouraging learning at each office. He said: “Clicksco prides itself on a business that can turnaround high quality work in a very short timeframe. We achieve this through structuring our major offices that work incredibly close together to offer a combination of specialist skills, rather than individual offices containing all the skills of a single discipline.

“We have also found that by blending skills throughout each office team, we help our employees to see the bigger picture and learn more about the results of their efforts. For our clients, that also means an uninterrupted 24 hour, seven days a week service. This is ultimately more rewarding for our customers and our people and one of the factors that led us to seek more versatile space to accommodate our growing global workforce.”

A leader in customer acquisition and big data in the retail, finance and travel sectors, Clicksco has enjoyed year-on-year growth since conception, in turn expanding its team of worldwide industry experts.

Shutts added: “The decision to make such significant changes to several of our premises was largely influenced by the fact that we had simply outgrown our existing offices. We have a desire to provide better working facilities for our teams to thrive and the improved environment in London, for example offers greater breakout space for the many informal meetings which take place every day. The culture of the group is such that we highly prize these opportunities for informal conversation and learning, particularly as we introduce new disciplines across the group.

“Similarly, in Hyderabad, which is set for further growth as we incorporate technology development resources alongside the existing customer acquisition team, we needed room to expand and offer better facilities in one open plan space, where again we can encourage dialogue and sharing of ideas. This model of working has already seen success for our Dubai team, which offers a highly-developed performance optimisation capability – a core skill in which we are renewing our focus, as well as benefitting the team at our new Middlesbrough office.”

At the end of 2016, Clicksco repositioned its Middlesbrough base into the heart of the town, which is fast becoming renowned as a burgeoning hub for the digital sector.

The employee-centric space was especially created to offer a dynamic workspace for its local workforce. Located at the modern Cleveland Business Centre, the office is strategically placed to attract up-and-coming tech talent from nearby Teesside University; acting as a feeder site for graduates and trainees.

Shutts finished: “What we have achieved in Middlesbrough is a fine example of how Clicksco is adapting to meet the needs of our talent whilst driving performance. We invest heavily in providing facilities to inspire our teams and here we have made amenities available to stimulate creativity and support well-being, from games including a pool table and table top football to a karaoke machine and even a bar.

“Creating vibrant environments that enable our teams to thrive and help us to attract new talent will remain a focus for Clicksco. We look forward to this exciting new chapter and harnessing our teams’ expertise across the globe as our expansion strategy moves forward in 2017.”
