Developers latest luxury project completes
A seven figure funding deal with Royal Bank of Scotland has supported local residential property developers James and Iveta Coleman with the development of two new luxury homes.
Located in an idyllic, semi-rural position on Highbridge Road in Highbridge, Eastleigh, the husband and wife team have created two highly desirable barn and farmhouse style properties which have been called Northwood Barn and Mallard House.
Developed to the duo’s proven exacting standards, both homes are spacious in their design, each commanding over 3300sq ft and offer luxurious family accommodation, with high quality fixtures and fittings from brands including Miele and Porcelanosa used throughout.
Accessed through an impressive, double height entrance hall, Northwood Barn has four large and spacious reception rooms along with a utility room and cloakroom. An open plan kitchen and family room serves as the heart of the home and leads directly onto the garden via bi-folding doors. Upstairs, the house has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further generously sized bedrooms and a main family bathroom.
Designed with a farmhouse feel, neighbouring Mallard House sets off the rural feel of the development, where two very different dwellings with their own identities have been created whilst also being related. To the ground floor Mallard House has a large and open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a further two reception rooms along with a cloakroom and utility room. Upstairs a large landing leads to four very generous double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a fitted dressing room, plus the main family bathroom.
James Coleman, Property Developer, said: “Northwood Barn and Mallard House are fantastic properties and we are thrilled that the development is now completed. With every house we build, we look to create beautiful, luxurious and comfortable family homes and these properties certainly deliver that.
“We have an excellent relationship with Martin Bone and the team at Royal Bank of Scotland and have been really pleased with the support they have provided throughout this project. The funding has enabled us to ensure that both homes have been built and completed to an exceptional standard.”
Martin Bone, Relationship Director at Royal Bank of Scotland, said: “I am pleased that we have been able to support James and Iveta with their latest development. Both Northwood Barn and Mallard House are exceptional homes and offer very desirable living arrangements. The quick sale of Northwood Barn highlights just how sought after they are. It has been great to work with James and Iveta on this project and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
