Imperial MBAs interview CEOs for Tomorrow's Leaders Programme
Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm specializing in critical issues and corporate relations, today announced a collaboration with Imperial College Business School in London focused on allowing selected MBA candidates to interview global CEOs.
Brunswick’s Tomorrow’s Leaders program is designed to bring to life global CEO’s insights on some of the most important conversations of our time, as told by future leaders – MBA candidates at leading business schools around the world. Imperial is Brunswick’s exclusive partner on this initiative in the UK.
The application process commenced on 27 February with a call for applications. A review board will grant 10 students full access to the program which includes interview preparation, training and coaching, guidance on outreach to CEO and editorial assistance to bring the interview to life.
Hannah Daniels, Assistant Director of MBA Programmes at Imperial College Business School said: “MBA students will have unparalleled access to an opportunity that brings to life compelling ideas, challenges conventional wisdom, and most importantly builds a relationship with a global leader. We are thrilled to be Brunswick’s partner in this important endeavor.”
Susanna Kempe, Group Partner for Content and Marketing at Brunswick said: “We are delighted to partner with Imperial and look forward to working closely with its MBA students. This effort is a forum matching leaders of tomorrow who see themselves as CEOs of the future, with the leaders of today.”
The Tomorrow’s Leaders program is a unique opportunity for CEOs to tell their story of purpose and commitment and shape how future leaders view the world. The conversations will be anchored on findings from Brunswick’s Perspectives research featuring 42,000+ respondents across 26 countries that challenges assumptions and presents views from the 5G prism: generations, gender, geography, graduate status and global cities. The Perspectives data found that a vast majority of global citizens believe that business can provide solutions to major challenges, including quality education, economic opportunity and equality, and safety and security. Paradoxically, the report uncovered that people worldwide disagree with the priorities and reward system of and for business leaders.
