Davis Blank Furniss is Glossop Golf Club sponsor

Law firm Davis Blank Furniss has been announced as the new club sponsor of Glossop & District Golf Club in a three-year exclusive deal.

Lewis Thompson – solicitor at Davis Blank Furniss said: “Davis Blank Furniss has been in Glossop since 1877 so we are delighted to be involved with such an historic club – it opened just eight years after us.

He added: Many of us are big golf fans and to become part of such a local institution is a great feeling. We are all now looking forward to supporting the club over the coming years.“

Nick Minns – captain at Glossop & District Golf Club - added: “On behalf of everyone at Glossop & District Golf Club I would like to thank Davis Blank Furniss for its sponsorship. The new deal will help us shape our future as we continue to develop competitions for men, women, seniors and juniors as well as promote our fantastic facilities for outside events.“
