Hunters launches new office to capitalise on Tottenham housing boom
Estate agents Hunters has increased its burgeoning presence in the capital with the opening of a new office in Tottenham as it looks to capitalise on opportunities related to the construction of Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium.
The agents, which now has over 200 branches UK-wide, is banking on the wider Tottenham area becoming an investment hotspot, as regeneration linked to the new 61,000 seater stadium looks set to drive up demand prices in the coming years.
With the stadium set to open in time for the 2018-19 season, privately-backed developments in the surrounding area will deliver up to 10,000 new homes to North London along with new leisure facilities, retail units and amenities.
Ahead of the predicted boom, Hunters has opened its new office where it will be offering sales and lettings as well as block management to the Tottenham area.
Mustafa Khalifa, Director of Hunters Tottenham, commented: “We are very excited to be opening a new Hunters branch and are looking forward to providing a first class estate and letting agency service.
“Hunters has an excellent track record in both sales and lettings and with the support that Hunters is able provide in key areas of marketing, technology, staff training and communication, we believe we can now offer unrivalled benefits to customers in the area.”
Hunters has grown out of its first office, which it opened in York in 1992, to encompass a franchise network of over 200 branches in key UK regions including London, Oxford, Norwich and Manchester.
