Commercial property agency PPH expands Doncaster operation
PPH Commercial has undergone an expansion for its operations in Doncaster by moving to new offices and increasing the workforce.
The commercial property agency has relocated from Railway Court on Ten Pound Walk to Richmond House on Sidings Court.
The move is expected to provide a more accessible location for clients and better communications for staff.
The latest addition to the Doncaster team is Charles Watson, who has transferred from PPH’s Hull headquarters and has now qualified as a RICS surveyor.
Ian Brooks, PPH divisional director who heads up the Doncaster office, said: “Our business in the area has expanded well in the last year and the new premises give us the opportunity for further growth as they are in a more accessible and prominent location for our clients and the single floor layout makes internal communication much easier.”
“Doncaster is ideally situated for the motorway network and we see it as an area of considerable potential for the logistics, industrial and office sectors,” he added.
The seven-strong PPH Commercial Doncaster team carry out a wide range of instructions for local, regional and national clients, and the practice has recently been appointed joint agents for sales/lettings at the Bullrush Business Park alongside Junction 3 of the M18, and Fountain Court on the edge of Robin Hood Airport.
