Michael Page alumnus launches new specialist marketing and sales recruitment agency in Leeds
After a decade sourcing talent at global recruitment giant Michael Page, Dan Boneham has launched a new marketing and sales recruitment consultancy based in Leeds.
Monday at Nine Ltd is located in the centre of Leeds’ urban village and marketing hub, Holbeck’s Saw Mill Yard.
Boneham has launched the specialist marketing recruitment consultancy with the aim to provide a bespoke offering to businesses and professionals in the region, and to dispel stigmas attached to the recruitment industry’s modern-day guise.
Boneham said: “I am passionate about what I do and after working for one of the biggest names in the industry, both in London and Leeds, it feels like the right time to break away and create something new that I can be proud of.”
Having progressed within the management structure at Michael Page, Boneham was inspired to build the new business after reading Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos’ Regret Minimization Framework, in which he projects himself to age 80 and looks back with as little regret as possible.
He added: “For many people, 9am on Monday morning is the most important time of the working week and effective people placement can help companies to develop an engaged workforce, improving business performance.
“I don’t take lightly the Sunday dread that is so common in people who aren’t in their perfect role; I don’t want it for myself or for anybody that entrusts me with their next career move.”
Monday at Nine will provide a boutique proposition to both businesses looking to recruit and professionals searching for their next career.
