In Touch Networks to host 'The Challenges of the Non-Executive Director' event

Developing a portfolio of non-executive directorships can be a challenging experience. Once you’ve won your board positions, you then face the next challenge of influencing decision-making round the board table, working with diverse personalities whilst ensuring the company is compliant with Corporate Governance Code and the Companies Act.

The skills required of a non-executive director are usually very different to those needed by the executive team so how do you face these new challenges and have the confidence to provide the leadership that will be expected of you? How do you discover the tools and techniques you need to succeed?

Join us for this highly interactive question and answer session with a panel of experienced non-executive directors ready to share their experiences with you and provide answers to the questions that may be a barrier to your success.
