50 jobs up for grabs with Manchester property developer Beech Holdings
Property developer Beech Holdings has created 50 jobs in its design and build business.
Once filled, the new vacancies will bring the Manchester firm’s headcount to 160 across its portfolio of companies.
The roles available at Beech Design & Build, which recently rebranded from Beech Construction, include senior quantity surveyor, architect, senior architectural technician, project planner, site and assistant site manager, project manager and joiner.
Andrew Cordwell, managing director of Beech Design & Build, said: “2017 has already been a successful year for us and should be even more incredible with the design and construction of more environmentally sustainable and efficiently designed apartments.
“These will be available for rent all over the city centre, with exclusive ultra-modern smart technologies also being introduced.”
He added: “In terms of expansion, the numbers speak for themselves. As of January 2017, Beech employed 95 full time staff. As of today, we now employ 123 talented individuals, looking to reach around 170 by the end of 2017.”
The Beech Design & Build team works to transform disused historic buildings into low carbon apartments.
Speaking further, Andrew said he encourages professionals to get in touch if they are interested in working for Beech.
He continued: We are proud to offer a competitive entry salary, great working conditions, but more importantly, we provide career progression for the right people.“
