Miller Homes Boosts Southern Housing Market

Miller Homes Southern is on course to deliver more than 400 new homes in the region by the end of the year.

Since January, it has built new homes across nine locations in Hampshire, West Sussex, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

New developments launched this year include Mulberry Fields in Southwater, West Sussex and Anstey Gardens in the Hampshire market town of Alton. Also unveiled were Woodlands in Bloxham, Oxfordshire and Austen Fields in the village of Medstead, Hampshire.

Commenting on the progress, Kim Willcock, sales director at Miller Homes Southern, said:

“With demand for housing in the South showing no sign of diminishing, we want to give more people the chance to buy an exceptional quality home in a desirable location. These developments really do offer the best of both worlds – they’re close to picturesque villages and market towns, yet well-connected to major cities like London and Oxford.

“All the homes at Terlings Park in Gilston, Hertfordshire and Burleigh Woods in Crawley, West Sussex are completely sold and are fast becoming thriving communities. Our sales teams are now busy helping more house hunters find their dream property at one of our new developments and we expect many to buy and move in soon.”

As well as launching four developments already this year, Miller Homes Southern has three more in the pipeline for 2017, including The Beeches, a 110-home development in the coastal village of Bracklesham Bay near Chichester. There are also two planned for Oxfordshire, Weavers Fields in the historic village of Bloxham and Winterbrook Park near the market town of Wallingford.
