8848 strengthens its growing marketing team with experienced appointment
South Staffordshire-based communications agency 8848 has appointed a new account director to enhance its full-service approach.
Jo Roden joins the company with over 19 years of experience working within the branding, integrated marketing and design industry. Her appointment to the marketing team comes in response to the company’s growing client portfolio and increased emphasis on offering a comprehensive marketing and PR package.
She has previously worked in-house as a marketing manager for two international retail brands and for an award-winning design agency.
Her vast experience includes working with a wide range of brands including Johnson and Johnson, Pirelli, Muller and Clarks to develop successful design and marketing campaigns.
Jo joins the company from Connect Advertising where she worked as an Account Director and then, an Operations Manager.
She said: “It’s exciting to see the company growing and I’m looking forward to using my experience to enhance the marketing team.
“This is a fresh challenge and an opportunity to work with some new clients to grow 8848 even further.”
