Gorvins Act for Computeam in IDN Merger
Education technology specialists IDN and Computeam have merged to create a leading national ed-tech company.
Computeam, which aims to improve education outcomes using technology including managed networks, IT support, training and consultancy, works with over 200 schools across the Midlands, North-West and Northeast of England.
IDN has a similar heritage and supports schools in the South-West of England and South Wales from its base near Taunton.
Christian Mancier, Corporate-Commercial law Partner at Gorvins Solicitors, handled the legal work on behalf of Computeam. He said, “The merger between the two businesses will create a truly national operation for education technology specialists.”
