Taylor&Emmet recruits talented dealmaker
Sheffield solicitors, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is welcoming a new specialist solicitor to its business legal services division, to meet growing demand for its corporate advice.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is joining the firm to handle all types of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
Having worked previously in a similar role locally, Ryan will be using his industry experience and regional knowledge to help businesses of all sizes strike effective deals. He said: “I am pleased to join a firm with such an excellent reputation and high calibre clients. The scope and variety of matters I will encounter and the opportunities for career progression are both very exciting.”
Ryan will be working alongside Taylor&Emmet’s head of department, Rob Moore, on a range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of companies, handling business start-ups and management buy-outs, setting up joint ventures and partnerships and negotiating corporate restructuring.
Rob added: “Ryan has proven himself to be a talented solicitor with a considered and creative approach to transactions. We will be working closely together to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and I am confident he will be a popular addition to our team.”
