Giosg adds new integration for financial services clients with launch of Signicat Sign
Live Chat and Chatbot expert Giosg, which helps its financial clients do better business by engaging more successfully with their online visitors introduces new digital signing tool, Signicat Sign.
“Signicat Sign enables businesses to electronically send documents to their customers to sign and return with the upmost ease and efficiency”, says Ville Rissanen, CEO of Giosg. He continues: “This is extremely useful in the financial services sector as it not only enables more business to be transacted and quicker conversions to be made, but it also greatly enhances the customer experience. It adds in more human interaction, akin to getting help in a physical branch.”
Giosg is constantly developing and integrating new solutions to enable businesses to improve the online customer service experience they deliver. “The Signicat integration was developed in response to requests from the financial services sector, especially consumer credit and insurance brands. We will be announcing other integrations in the near future,” says Rissanen.
Full integration between Signicat Sign and Giosg’s other customer service solutions including online chat agents (Live Chat) and Chatbots delivers a seamless online customer journey. Security measures are equal, if not better than those of a face to face branch experience, incorporating mobile verification and bank authentication.
