Womble Bond Dickinson strengthens Plymouth team with new Managing Associate

Transatlantic law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has strengthened its team in Plymouth with the appointment of Andrew Wilson who joins as Managing Associate.

Andrew will join the leadership team of the firm’s 70-strong OnShore team – comprising lawyers, paralegals, data analysts and other staff, providing flexible resource to larger client projects. Following the appointment of a new Director for OnShore last year, the firm is investing further in the team and leveraging legal technology in response to rapidly shifting and growing client requirements.

Andrew is a senior lawyer and qualified barrister, with extensive experience in Commercial Litigation and Corporate Debts, having previously worked with magic circle firms like Linklaters. He joins from 1 Essex Court Chambers where he was a Barrister practising in Chancery and commercial disputes work for a number of years. Andrew is also a qualified civil and commercial mediator.

At Womble Bond Dickinson, Andrew will work alongside other fee earners to support commercial disputes and litigation projects, advising clients on key legal matters including commercial disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, insolvency litigation, property litigation and ADR.
