Commercial law firm expands and moves into new Leeds city centre office space

Schofield Sweeney, the commercial law firm, has moved into their expanded Leeds office following a refurbishment carried out by the design and build team at headoffice3.

As a result of a growing client base, Schofield Sweeney has grown its staff numbers and expanded ots Leeds office by taking on a second floor at 76 Wellington Street.

headoffice3 was appointed to deliver an office design for the new floor and refurbish the existing space.

Jonny Philips, director at headoffice3, said: “Delivering the design and fit out for Schofield Sweeney, we needed to provide the correct mix of work space, client consultation space, breakout areas and quality facilities for a business that values the talent it recruits and employs whilst future proofing requirements for a business that anticipates continued growth and development in the coming years.

“Throughout, the client team were incredibly positive and engaged in the process and the project outcome is stronger as a result of a strong vision and a good working relationship based on trust and collaboration.”

The expanded office space incorporates flexible office zones which serve multiple purposes: breakout areas which can double up as informal meeting spaces or collaborative work space and a mix of working space which can also serve as confidential meeting areas.

Rob Hayes, partner at Schofield Sweeney, commented:“As a professional services firm, the look and feel of our office space to both our clients and our people is really important.

“What’s great about working with headoffice3 is not just the one stop shop element but they listen to what we actually want from the office space. And the programme was delivered to time and to budget.”
