Developer offers first look inside St Helens’ Nicholson Lofts development
Merseyside developer Luxor Group has offered an early look inside the homes at its Nicholson Lofts development in St Helens.
New images released today (December 21) provide a sneak peak at the company’s [transformation of the 15,000 sq ft Tyrers department store building](http:// into 15 apartments.
In addition to the residential element, Nicholson Lofts will also deliver duplex commercial space across its ground floor and basement.
The scheme, approved in June this year, was previously known as Luxor Lofts but recently rebranded.
Paul Nicholson, managing director of Luxor Group, said the name change highlights his pride at the quality of the development and the wider regeneration of St Helens town centre.
He commented: “I’m really passionate about this area and I’m proud that we have saved an iconic building which means so much to the local community.
“To show how much this means to me and my commitment to its success I’m willing to put my family name above the door and will do so for all our developments in the town.”
Paul added: “I have great pride in being part of the Nicholson family and this will be reflected in our flagship development in St Helens town centre.”
A show apartment for Nicholson Lofts will launch in January to give the public a first-hand look at the transformation, with the first open house event taking place on January 12 from 6pm.
