Digital agency to create 100 jobs in Manchester
A digital agency has revealed plans to create 100 jobs in Manchester and the surrounding area.
AND Digital is giving its presence in the region a boost over the next six months with the aim of addressing the digital skills needs of the region.
The company will look to hire software engineers with a knowledge of .Net and C#, front end software engineers experienced in JavaScript and business analysts, among other roles.
AND Digital, which has several offices across London, said the recruitment drive is part of a strategy to create 350 tech jobs between now and the end of 2019.
The firm said in a statement: “After a consideration of different locations and combining this with demand from our current and exciting new clients, it was an obvious choice for us to continue our growth story in the thriving digital ecosystem of the northern cities and surrounding area.
“Not only is this area a technology powerhouse and brimming with curious and clever digital minds, it’s also the home to many organisations wanting to accelerate their digital capability.”
It continued: “We want to be a part of this growing community of tech brilliance.”
