Law firm Wilford Smith expands into Sheffield's Meadowhall Business Park

Law firm Wilford Smith has expanded into a new office at Meadowhall Business Park in Sheffield.

ARBA Group, which has undertaken a multi-million pound redevelopment of the 70,000 sq ft business park, has let 2,800 sq ft of ground floor office space to the Rotherham-headquartered law firm.

Wilford Smith, which specialises in fraud and complex corporate cases, commercial conveyancing and estate planning, now has offices in Rotherham, Meadowhall Business Park and Paradise Street in Sheffield, and in central London.

After growing the team to 26 since set up in 1981, founder and senior partner Stephen Smith MBE said that the move to the 2,800 sq ft new premises on Carbrook Hall Road was an ‘exciting’ step for the firm’s expansion plans.

The second phase of a multi-million pound business park refurbishment has now been launched after 60% of the site was occupied in 2017.
