Entrepreneur behind Croydon’s Global Resourcing sets up recruitment group
Recruitment company Global Resourcing has announced the formation of a new business group.
The launch is part of the Croydon-based firm’s strategy to offer recruitment services via independent specialist entities, with each individual brand addressing markets such as tech and digital, finance and accountancy, compliance and risk management.
Entrepreneur Greg Harris, who headed an MBO of the company five years ago, will serve as CEO of the new entity, Global Resourcing Group.
Other changes to the senior team include Rob Johnson being made managing director of Global Resourcing and Phil Walsh being appointed to the board as sales director.
Global Resourcing Group also appointed Sarah Luxford, co-founder of Tech London Advocates’ WomenINTech advocacy group, as a director.
Greg Harris said: “The Croydon area is not only a great place to live, but has proven to be an ideal location for the firm over the years.
“It offers the unique combination of close proximity to other high growth tech businesses, excellent regional and international travel connections, high quality, affordable office space and easy access to a highly skilled and educated talent pool.”
