Legal services firm and clothing retailer among new tenants at No.1 Old Hall Street
Developer Downing has secured deals with three businesses at No.1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool.
Legal services firm White Collar Legal Ltd and clothing retailer Vita Lusso have both signed up for Flexi-Office suites on the first floor.
The third deal was with DineTime, an online hotel and restaurant booking generator and existing tenant at No.1. The company has moved into a bigger office on the development’s newly refurbished fourth floor.
Kate Carr, property management surveyor at Liverpool-headquartered Downing, said: “We’re delighted to welcome our newest tenants at No. 1 Old Hall Street, White Collar Legal Ltd and Vita Lusso.
“We wish them the very best and look forward to seeing both businesses thrive within their new premises.”
As part of its refurb programme at No.1 Old Hall Street, Downing updated the ceilings, carpets, signage and lighting on the fourth-floor wing to create a cleaner, brighter workspace.
Kate continued: “Our extensive refurbishment of the fourth floor has created a high-quality space that is ideal for companies like Dine Time looking for a flexible office that can grow with their businesses.
“We’re seeing strong demand for this offering from ambitious SMEs across sectors.”
