Leeds flooring businesses go into administration
Posh Flooring Retail Ltd and Posh Flooring Online Ltd, the Leeds-based flooring businesses, have been placed into administration.
Kelly Burton and Lisa Hogg, both of insolvency specialists Wilson Field, were appointed joint administrators of Posh Flooring Retail Ltd and Posh Flooring Online Ltd on 20th April.
The appointments were both instigated by Access Commercial Investors 1 Limited.
Both companies were online trading divisions of Flooring Republic Limited and had main operational headquarters based in Leeds.
Both companies boasted a network of more than 20 outlets across the country.
However, the joint administrators hold limited information concerning the companies’ affairs, assets, number of employees, liabilities and trading practices and are awaiting information from the company’s management.
