Avenue HQ expands facility at Mann Island welcoming new businesses
The flexible workspace, meeting and events destination has taken more space at the stunning waterfront location to meet the demand of their growing community.
Since launching in June 2017, Avenue HQ, supported by Barclays Eagle Labs, has seen an overwhelming response and has quickly reached capacity.
The 22,000 sq ft space is home to over 160 businesses and has welcomed more than 12,000 people for events over the last 12 months.
Luke Roberts, operations director at Avenue HQ, said: “We are delighted to expand our offering at Mann Island and be able to welcome so many more members to the facility.
“The space is thriving and we’re confident that our growth will create additional opportunities for our members and the wider business community.
“The nature of work is changing, and our aim is to provide a dynamic environment that increases productivity and innovation.
“Our culture is focused on providing the best possible facilities and service for our members to ensure they can get the most out of their working life.”
Avenue HQ offers private offices, hot desking and studio spaces, versatile events, meetings and conference facilities for up to 300 people, as well a bar and on-site coffee shop, Cuppacoffee.
Additional perks such as an extensive wellbeing program and community activities have provided members with more than just a place to work, but also somewhere to engage and collaborate with other businesses within a supportive environment.
The additional space is now fully occupied with members including outdoor advertising agency ‘Open Media’, wellbeing experts ‘Health at Work’, BDP Architects, Darkhorse Design, Syft Recruitment and The Anfield Wrap, who have an office as well as a film and podcast recording studios on site.
