Malhotra Group appoints Keystone lawyer as Company Secretary
Leading North East property, care and leisure business Malhotra Group has appointed experienced solicitor Aman Sehgal as Company Secretary.
Aman, who has advised the company for a number of years, is a solicitor at tech-driven, listed law firm Keystone Law, having previously spent 15 years with Womble Bond Dickinson. He is a highly experienced insolvency and restructuring practitioner and works alongside SME businesses of all sizes up to international PLCs.
Aman’s appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Malhotra Group PLC, which owns some of Tyneside’s most popular hotels, bars and restaurants, along with a portfolio of residential care home facilities under its Prestwick Care division.
