Sale completed of a multi-million-pound development site in Harrogate
The sale of a multi-million-pound site in Harrogate, with development poised for a new healthcare facility, has now been completed.
Law firm Shulmans LLP, acting on behalf Albert Hymas Limited, assisted on the process of a completion of the sale of the property.
The development site off Harcourt Road was acquired in a deal worth in excess of £3m.
The former brown field site is over an acre in size and has been sold to Springfield Healthcare for future development.
Albert Hymas Limited, a fourth-generation family business, has owned the site since 1904.
