Housebuilder Strata reveals result of £1.8m makeover at Doncaster HQ
Design-led housebuilder and lifestyle brand Strata has revealed the result of a £1.8m refurbishment at its Lakeside HQ in Doncaster.
The company gave its headquarters a three-storey makeover, creating open-plan offices with a floor-to-ceiling wall overlooking the nearby lake.
The top floor serves as ‘loft’ space where architects and creatives have the opportunity to share ideas and discuss trends.
The second level is an open-plan office space and the ground floor is devoted to encouraging interactive customer engagement.
Andrew Weaver, CEO at Strata, said: “Everything we do at Strata has the customer in mind and the office refurbishment is no different.
“We wanted to create an environment that was welcoming and reflective of our brand, which is modern and contemporary, but also that would use the latest technologies to give an experience like no other.”
He continued: “Embracing new ways of working, we have invested in the technologies that will speed up information flow, communication and empower employee teams to make decisions and control the progress at site level.”
Strata has 16 developments throughout Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
