Family law update puts spotlight on key areas
Jones Myers is hosting a family law update at its Harrogate office which will give insights into family relationships and key areas involving relationship breakdowns.
The specialist family law firm’s event on July 24th will highlight what legal entitlements, if any, exist for couples who live together and explain how cohabiting couples can protect themselves.
The session, which runs from 12.30pm-1.10pm at Windsor House, Cornwall Road, will also outline how couples can sort out their financial issues before tying the knot through increasingly popular pre-nup agreements.
The third area will focus on how those in a failed relationship can disentangle themselves form it and plan for their future.
The update will be jointly presented by Jones Myers founder, Peter Jones, one of the country’s leading divorce lawyers and partner, Sarah Dickinson, a specialist in divorce, separation and the financial issues of relationship breakdown.
Said Peter Jones: “Our family law update is designed to be an informal lunch time presentation to share information on how attendees they can plan for their future and resolve their past.”
With offices in Harrogate, Leeds and Essex, Jones Myers is consistently ranked in a joint Top Tier position by the Legal 500 and Chambers guides for Leeds, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
