Endeavour Partnership has announced a number of key promotions within the business as it continues with its year of growth and recruitment.
The Stockton-based legal firm has promoted three members of its team to associates and one to senior associate. Alexandra Ketchley has been promoted from associate to senior associate within the Commercial Property department. Having joined the firm in 2011, Alexandra has extensive experience of commercial property transactions, specialising in real estate finance, sales and acquisitions and landlord and tenant work. Alexandra acts for a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors, including the retail, office, leisure and industrial sectors, which includes developers, investors, top-tier secured lenders, charities and pension funds.
Also a member of the commercial property department, Amie Leyden joined the firm in 2016 and has been promoted to associate. Amie has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters with a particular emphasis on acting for franchisees with multi-location businesses. Amie also has a growing expertise in acting for pension providers in a range of property transactions and in dealing with the property aspects of academy conversions. Laura Kirkpatrick has been promoted from a solicitor to an associate within the firm’s employment team at Endeavour Partnership.
Laura completed her training with the firm and upon qualification spent some time honing her expertise in Newcastle, re-joining the firm in 2016. Laura has a wealth of experience in dealing with employment tribunal and HR matters for a number of different clients across a variety of sectors. Laura also founded the firm’s business immigration offering, assisting businesses to recruit skilled workers from overseas advising on the obligations set out in the immigration rules and on the prevention of illegal working.
And James Craddock has been promoted from solicitor to associate within the firm’s commercial disputes team.
James completed his training contract with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2015, and regularly deals with a wide variety of complex resolution matters including shareholder disputes, property litigation, insolvency and contractual disputes.

The firm currently employs 55 people and has further recruitment announcements in the pipeline.
