Marketing muscle from Sussex agency
To celebrate its 25th year, Sussex based PMW Communications is on a mission to spread the word that all companies, no matter how big or small, deserve to have strong marketing, and it highlighted this by being the main sponsor of the ever-popular UK’s Strongest Man competition.
Taking place between 27th and 29th July, the PMW Marketing Ultimate Strongman televised event saw the big guns from across the UK and Europe show their strength by carrying a 200KG block 40 metres, lifting a car, pulling a HGV and much more. Limerick’s Lion Pa O’Dwyer became only the second Irishman in the competition’s 15-year history to win the coveted title.
Peter Sutton, Managing Director at PMW Communications, commented: “Good marketing isn’t just for the big boys. Over the past 25 years, we’ve worked with a number of SMEs who achieve fantastic results through great creativity and having an understanding of what activity is best to spread their message, whether that’s through a strategic PR campaign, social media, radio or advertising, or direct marketing.
“We want more companies to think about what they’re doing, and what better way to showcase our ‘Stronger Marketing’ campaign than by working with some of the strongest men around. The PMW Marketing Ultimate Strongman weekend was a fantastic event to be part of and our congratulations go to Lion Pa O’Dwyer on his victory.”
The PMW Marketing Ultimate Strongman competition will be shown on Channel 5 over the Christmas period.
