Higgs & Sons appoint commercial property specialist
A highly experienced commercial property solicitor has joined West Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons.
Jennifer Hicks-Jones joins the firm as an associate, with a portfolio of major corporate landlord and tenant, property finance and development expertise for a wide range of clients.
Jennifer said: “I am delighted to be joining Higgs & Sons where I look forward to fully supporting businesses, lenders and individuals in their commercial property needs.
“I have broad expertise across the commercial property spectrum, including acquisitions and disposals, investment and development finance, commercial and residential development, acting for landlords and tenants, advising on property aspects of corporate transactions, and general estate management.”
Prior to joining Higgs, Jennifer worked at an international law firm for almost a decade, and then spent four years with a smaller regional firm.

Jennifer is a member of the Law Society and lives in Shropshire. An enthusiastic runner, she regularly competes in cross-country and road race events.
