Suppliers appointed to Fusion21’s £290 Million Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings Frameworks
Fusion21 has announced the suppliers successfully appointed to its Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings Frameworks - with a combined worth of up to £290 million, over a four year period.
A total of 37 highly skilled firms – including SMEs – have secured a place on the frameworks which are designed to support housing associations, local authorities and the wider public service with a wide range of reactive works and services, enhancing Fusion21’s existing Construction service offer.
Peter Francis, Director of Operations at Fusion21 said: “Offering a comprehensive range of services from out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements to call handling services on a 24/7or out-of-hours basis, this framework will bring a modern, dynamic solution for procuring responsive repairs and void arrangements.
“Fusion21 members will benefit from greater cost efficiencies in addition to being able to call off separate lots for contract spend below and over £1million per year.”
Fusion21 provides procurement services and OJEU compliant frameworks to the public sector, and is committed to making a difference in communities across the UK. To date the firm has saved its members more than £177 million through the procurement process, created more than 5000 jobs and generated £76 million of social value.
