Shulmans Leads Real Estate Networking in the North
UK top 200 corporate law firm, Shulmans LLP has built on its enviable position in the property industry with an exclusive networking event, held at Aspire in Leeds. The firm’s award-winning real estate team hosted some of the most recognisable figures in the region’s property sector to discuss issues such as the effects of Brexit on the region’s property market and whether there is a future for the Northern Powerhouse.
Clients and contacts including Lidl UK, Saint-Gobain, Bank of England, Caddick Developments and Barratt Homes debated some of the north’s most topical real estate issues. The general consensus amongst delegates was that Brexit poses the single greatest challenge facing the regional real estate sector.
Tim Halstead, Managing Partner at Shulmans LLP said: “Our real estate team is at the heart of the property industry, harbouring a deep knowledge of the real estate sector and a comprehensive network of connections, both in the UK and internationally.
“This flagship real estate event further cements our reputation as a firm that brings people together and creates opportunities.”
