Rosanna Woods, Drooms

Data rooms provider Drooms has appointed Rosanna Woods in the role of UK managing director.

Rosanna will be responsible for the company’s entire UK operation and team, including staff training, business development and customer retention.

Having worked for Drooms since 2015, Rosanna’s previous role with the business was country head in the UK, responsible for driving new business opportunities.

Andrew Stewart, A.T. Kearney

Global management consultancy A.T. Kearney has appointed Andrew Stewart as its managing partner for the UK and Ireland.

Andrew joined the company as a partner in 2013, before which he worked for professional services firm Navigant Consulting as global head of financial services.

His career started in 1988 at Arthur Andersen, where he spent 10 years before leaving to found financial services consultancy Troika. His business was acquired in 2007 by Navigant.

Andrew said: “A.T. Kearney is a highly respected brand in the market and I am very proud to be taking on the role of managing partner for the UK and Ireland.

“We have fabulous people and clients, and have been very successful in delivering strategy and operations transformation across the UK and Irish markets.”

He added: “We are developing our people and services, and I look forward to seeing the firm carry on its successful growth.”

**Carolyn Puddicombe, Carter Jonas **

Property consultancy Carter Jonas has hired a new partner in its commercial team.

Carolyn Puddicombe will lead the company’s education business, splitting her time predominantly between its HQ in London and regional hub office in Oxford.

But the role will see her working with colleagues from across Carter Jonas’ 37 offices, as she implements the firm’s long-term growth strategy to create a comprehensive property consultancy service for the education sector.

Carolyn was previously director of asset and space management at the University of Oxford.

Carolyn’s exceptional understanding of the educational sector and proven leadership skills will further strengthen our ability to harness the expertise of our specialist service lines already operating in this area.

“In the last five years, we have been appointed on a growing number of projects in the sector, assisting education providers including the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford.”

Alastair Roberts, Darling Associates

Architecture practice Darling Associates has appointed Alastair Roberts as a director.

Alastair has over 19 years of experience in management roles within the architecture sector. At Darling, his work will focus on a portfolio of mixed-use, residential, retail, leisure, hotel and office schemes across London and the wider South East.

Alastair previously worked for architectural design practice NORR Consultants Ltd, where he has spent two years as director at the firm’s London office.

Chris Darling, managing director at Darling Associates, said: “Alastair brings a wealth of experience and expertise across many sectors to our London-based studio.

“He will be working on our high-profile portfolio of projects and will provide an invaluable contribution to our work as a practice.”
