The family-run business is investing resources into training and recruiting the right people for the job, with inhouse training facilities and have its own workshop.
Steve said: “We want people who join us, to think wow! By offering training, we can create the highest quality engineers.”
The business also has a site in Rotherham, which enables them to service 900 customers up and down the country. The company has clients both nationally and internationally.
Steven Laverick, 42, regional design and contracts manager, added: “It’s fantastic to be a part of Aircon Group, Steve is a great director, he really pushes you to your best. I’ve learned more being here at Aircon in the last two years, than I have in the past five years.”
