New Hull Porsche showroom to create 40 jobs
Luxury car brand Porsche has been given the go-ahead for a new 22 car showroom in Hull that will create 40 new jobs.
Located in the Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, the Porsche Centre will occupy a 38,578 sq ft space and feature a specification lounge, hospitality area and 14 workshop bays.
Local construction specialists PDR Construction have secured the contract for the centre, which will be the first Porsche showroom for family-owned motor company Listers Group.
Development is due to be completed on the centre by the end of the year, creating 40 new jobs in administration and sales.
Richard Kitteridge, director of Porsche Centre Hull commented: “I’m delighted that planning has been passed and that our Porsche vision is becoming a reality.
“To be able to bring such an iconic brand to the city… is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the Listers Group.”
