North East plumbing specialist finds new home after rapid growth
Darlington based firm JTM Plumbing are moving to new larger premises following a period of rapid expansion.
Since its establishment a decade ago, the business has grown significantly and is now ready to upgrade from its existing premises on Henson Road.
Supported by Stockton accountancy firm Anderson Barrowcliff, the firm was able to secure a £100k grant for the new purpose-built facility.
Based at Faverdale Industrial Estate on the outskirts of the town, the new premises will give the company three times more floor space than the current site, as well as situating it closer to main routes allowing for quicker transportation and delivery.
JTM Plumbing founder Jason Mulroy explained: “Our new site means we can stock products for new areas within the industry and better serve our commercial customers, whose products are usually high volume and bulk.”
Speaking about the expansion, Anderson Barrowcliff partner Helen Wilson added: “It is wonderful to see Jason and the JTM team go from strength to strength, and I am sure the new premises will help them continue their remarkable growth.”
