Caedmon Homes development in Kirby Hill to be brought to market
Residential developer Caedmon Homes is set to launch its new Priory Meadows development in Kirby Hill later this month.
Caedmon Homes, the residential arm of the Yorkshire-based Norstar Real Estate Group, has appointed regional property specialist Linley and Simpson to market the development, which is situated near Boroughbridge.
34 homes are planned for the Priory Meadows development situated in the centre of the village, with properties ranging from two-bed bungalows to five-bed houses.
Completion of the first 12 houses is expected in the summer, with the whole development scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
As well as the Kirby Hill development, Caedmon Homes are also in the process of planning residential projects in the Groves area of York and the historic seaside town of Whitby.
David Waddington, director of land and new homes for Linley and Simpson, explained: “This is an incredible opportunity and we are delighted to offer Priory Meadows to the market.
“The scheme offers a variety of new homes in this popular North Yorkshire village and the attention to detail, including design and specification, really sets Priory Meadows apart from its competition”.
