The Cosmetic Skin Clinic acquired by Harley Street treatment specialist
The Cosmetic Skin Clinic (CSC) has been acquired by The Private Clinic Group as part of its continuing expansion.
CSC specialises in offering non-surgical cosmetic solutions from its clinics in London and Buckinghamshire, with treatments including CoolSculpting and Ultherapy.
Announced by private equity firm and parent company BlueGem, the deal follows a number of acquisitions of other cosmetic treatment firms such as Hans Place, Regency Medical and Aurora Clinics.
Emilio Di Spiezio Sardo, BlueGem co-founder and partner, commented: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of The Cosmetic Skin Clinic by The Private Clinic Group.
“Today’s acquisition further supports our vision to be the leading consolidator of premium cosmetics clinics in the UK.”
