Hayes residential development gets go-ahead
Plans for a new 118-property residential development in Hayes has been given the green light by London Borough of Hillingdon Council.
Situated on the former Electropatent International Ltd site on the outskirts of Hayes town centre, the Bluenote Apartments development will comprise one, two, and three-bedroom properties across three buildings.
The Bellway development will also include 86 car parking spaces, 330 sq m of commercial space and a communal courtyard, and is the latest in a range of improvements in the local area alongside the Gatefold Building apartments and the Paradigm scheme.
Greg Allsop, head of sales for Bellway North London commented: “We are very happy to announce our plans for new homes in Hayes have been approved.
“We are now looking ahead to beginning building work on-site and transforming the land into a high quality development of new apartments in Hayes.”
